Sony PSP Concept Shots

The Reg has an article about Sony showing off conceptual pictures of their forthcoming handheld device - the PSP.

   Hmmmm… I reckon it looks kind of ugly especially compared to the GBA SP which is right up there with the iBook in terms of pleasing object-ness. Mind you, I wouldn’t expect that to stop them from crushing all opposition, the Playstation brand is so strong.

   The joypad looks interesting, the fact that it’s on a curve doesn’t bode well for controling anything accurate but then it’s just
   a prototype… I suppose it’s probably the Sony hype machine going into overdrive as a spoiler for the GBA this Xmas.

   To tell you the truth I like the clean lines and overall shape of the PSP. But i do have to admit that it’s not as impressive as the GBA SP.

   It looks good for a prototype, With the great success of the PS2, this should be a great handheld console.And with the games on PS2, good games ill come out for the handheld, which I think is good. GBA SP came out with some shyt games, now they are alowly gettin better
